It looked like the little neon green tissue paper package had been untied. The ribbon was underneath all the samples. I spoke to Whitney in Customer Service and there were no more samples of the Jouer Luminizing Moisture Tint available. She put 100 Birchbox Points in my account. I would really have liked to have received this sample. I would never actually use it, but I was planning to put it up for trade on the MakeUpTalk.com Birchbox Trade Thread. I don't even know which shade of this sample I was supposed to receive.
